Change your player name from minecraftforfree to something else in the Set Username text box unter the play window.

it still does it like if i signed in as well for ex: John_Smith it still does it!!!! also add the /give command

Sounds like you were IP banned then. Did you try to sign in on an Admin's name?And I don't have any admin powers to add any commands or anything else on the MCFF server. I do not play on the MCFF server at all. I just de-spam the forums.
