While I applaud your frankness on the matter, I only wish that Mojang (not just notch) would realize that this site makes people WANT to buy minecraft, but the recent shutdown has turned many away from it entirely. Don't believe me? Look at all the people wanting the site back. Not a single one of them has bought it, and all of them are extremely unhappy.Ah, but alas, there is nothing I can do.Best of luck for the future, look ahead, and try to avoid the yellow snow.

Read this thread properly:Even if he wins or loses the match, Minecraft for free (ONLY the game) will be shut down.The site WILL stay up, but the game will be gone.I am aware that this site was meant to allow people to try Minecraft BEFORE purchasing it.And look at Spark_SJH's post. He makes a REALLY good point.If Minecraft is your life, why not buy it?SERIOUSLY!However, I understand that I won't be able to help change a lot of mindless people's views on this.Some people have all sorts of excuses. I mean c'mon.

Guys, he clearly stated we cannot play minecraftforfree because it is ILLEGAL. besides,if you want minecraft, just buy it. it's alot more fun because you can add mods and other things. he cannot leagally keep the game, and if you are asking why, it's because Notch told him to. Also, for the record, UberHaxorNova made me want minecraft, not this.

Notch had once stated that he does not care about others playing cracked.And now he had turn back on his words.By doing so,he had lost many potential customers who are willing to buy the game which i dont think he even care cos Majong is so rich.He should just open his eyes wide enough to see that Minecraftforfree is helping to advertise his game for FREE,either that or he is blind.I dont give a damm about winning or losing.If the site is really going down,he is going to lose the trust of the players using Minecraftforfree.Not that he has much anyway,Jeb is much better

Your minecraft saves are saved in your roaming folder.But to you guys, who dont really know. Its illegal giving away a product for free if your not the owner/creator or have permissions to do so. Im actually glad notch took down this service. If you really want to play the game, buy it. Simple as that. I bet there are some cracked clients floating around on thepiratebay, but im not 100% sure, if you still want to play this game cracked, give that shitty site a try.But I do recommend that you buy the game!This was a messy post, but I dont give a sh*t. _{^{Im norwegian (FTW!!!)}}
