Why do people still use cracked clients?

Going to minecraft.net, creating an account, downloading the file, and playing offline has literally the same exact effect.

I use it to play on cracked servers with people. I'm buying premium really soon though.

Selecting "Play offline" Still allows you to enter cracked servers.

I'm asking about the clients/websites themselves.

Not if you create a minecraft profile (for freez yo) and make your username.

Yes, but if you use a cracked client ONCE, it adds a file to your .minecraft folder that lets you play offline with the normal launcher.

Are you an antidisestablishmentarianist? Do you have pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis? Then go to Bob's Long Adjective Remover©®^TM(etc.) for only $Pi!

Like I said, PHR33N355 can be obtained by downloading the official client, creating a free account, and playing offline. It still allows you to use cracked servers as well.

Although mineshafter skins are purdy kewl.
